    User registrations:
    User registration is must and should be login to place an order. SOB may collect users personal identifiable information as per our Privacy policy during registration.

    Currency:
    All prices quoted on the SOB web site are quoted in INR, Indian Rupee (inclusive of TAX except where stated).

    Payment terms and policy:

    Presently we are offering following modes of payments.

                            1.  We accept almost all kind of Credit, Debit card and Net Banking payments.
                            2.  We also accept offline payment, in form of DD or account transfer.
                            3.  Cash on delivery.

    Our payment options available are limited but, most importantly, safe and secure.  None of your payment details are stored – this ensures you will be happy with the security of your transaction.

    For  Credit, Debit card and Net Banking payments we are powered by PayU which is India’s leading payment gateway solution powering thousands of eMerchants with real time, multi-currency, multiple payment options online payment processing services.

    And for offline payment mode, we accept Wire Transfer Payments options (NEFT and RTGS) and DD/Cheque.
    Payment should be made to the following Bank account details

    For NEFT and RTGS payment:
    (While making NEFT OR RTGS you are requested to deduct the GST (amount chargeable by your bank) for online transfer from the total amount of your purchase.)
     
    For account transfer, DD or cheque payment:
    For any kind of above mention offline mode of payment, we request you to mention the order no. And simultaneously send us a mail mentioning the transaction details and order no in the SUBJECT line or you can use the following form mentioning every details of order and payment.

    Indemnification:
    You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SOB from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by SOB that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these Terms.

    Order processing time:
     We process all orders as soon as we receives it unless it is explicitly mentioned. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 4 hours, we will inform the customer at the earliest about it and will start the refund process .

    Shipping and delivery:
    We at SOB give our best effort to deliver our esteemed customer's orders within promised time period.

    Delivery area:
    So far we have started delivering across North East India only.
    

    Mode of delivery:
    We deliver all orders by our own delivery medium within Guwahati city region and through reputed courier services for outside Guwahati city.
     
    Delivery cost:
    We provide free shipping across Guwahati with an order value of minimum INR 500/-, unless explicitly mentioned. Additional INR 75- if order value is less than minimum. And for other North Eastern State an order value of minimum INR 3000/- for free delivery.
     
    Hidden cost:
    There is no extra hidden cost, taxes or shipping cost. The cost is same as you see in our Website or mobile app.

    Delivery time:
    We promise to deliver within same day across Guwahati city if the order is placed on or before 1 PM unless we update delivery schedule after receiving confirmed order. And within 7 days (Across North East India) unless it is not explicitly mention in the product information for products in stock, If the ordered product is not in stock than expected 9 to 11 days will required for delivery, as these product will be ordered back to back to our manufacturer or supplier. However this time may very due to some unavoidable circumstances local holidays, bandh etc.

    Returned, Refund and Exchange:
    As a valued customer, you may cancel an order placed by you before the order enters the “In delivery” stage".

    Accuracy of information and pricing:
    While every effort has been taken to accurately present pricing, product details, displaying colours, design, specifications, there may be small variations in it from the actual product because of typographical errors, technical issues, or incorrect product information received by us for the respective suppliers or manufacturers. If any of such cases get noticed by our valued customer or guest, we request you all to inform us as soon as possible and such orders will be refunded 100% in form of credit shell which can be use or adjusted for further shopping.   

    Applicable Law:
    By visiting the SOB and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Guwahati, Assam, India.
